Kevin Colquhoun received his Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Kings College in 1975 and his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1978. He was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1978, the Florida Bar in 1980, and the Maine Bar in 1992. In 1985, Mr. Colquhoun was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1983. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, the New Jersey Defense Association and the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Colquhoun is a Master with the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court. He also serves as an arbitrator and a mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He has been elected to NJ Magazine Top New Jersey Attorneys and to NJ Super Lawyers in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Since 1991, Kevin has also served as Legal Counsel to the Grand Lodge of NJ, F.&A.M., and the Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey. He focuses his practice on litigation, insurance coverage and non-profit areas.

Sean Colquhoun received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Skidmore College in 1978 and his Master of Public Administration from Seton Hall University in 1983. He obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1986 and was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey the following year. In 1990, he was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and in 1999 to the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, New Jersey Defense Association and is a Master in the Worrall F. Robert Colquhoun II obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from Kings College in 1974 and his law degree from Seton Hall University in 1980. He was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1981 and the Florida Bar in 1983. In 1985, he was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and in 1999 to the Supreme Court of the Untied States.. He was the Law Secretary to the Hon. William T. McElroy, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division from 1980 to 1981. Mr. Colquhoun is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the New Jersey Defense Association and the Florida Bar Association. He is a Master with the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court. Bob is also a court appointed arbitrator and mediator. Bob focuses his practice on civil litigation, appeals and real estate

Moira Colquhoun

Moira Colquhoun obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Skidmore College in 1983 and her Master of Arts in Political Science from Boston College in 1986. She received her law degree in 1989 from Seton Hall University and was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey that same year. In 1990, she was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in 1991 to the Florida Bar and in 1992 to the Maine Bar. Moira was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1999. She is a member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association and the New Jersey Defense Association. Miss Colquhoun is a Master of the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court, a member of the Executive Committee and Past Chairman of the Programming Committee. She also serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division and as a mediator for the Special Civil Part. She is a member of the District XB Ethics Committee and is the past Chair of the Committee. Moira focuses her practice on civil litigation, matrimonial matters and real estate.

Bob Colquhoun Sr.
1925-2015

The firm’s founder, Robert Colquhoun received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1949 and his law degree from Fordham University in 1952.  He was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1953 and the United States Supreme Court in 1966.  He was member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Defense Association.  Mr. Colquhoun was a member of the faculty at Seton Hall School of Law from 1953 to 1960.  He served as a member of the N.J. State Bar Association Committee on Trial and Appellate Practice from 1964-1966 and the Executive Committee, Civil Practice Section from 1973 to 1976.  Mr. Colquhoun has also served as a Master with the Worrall F. Mountain American Inn of Court.
